Role Overview The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across digital platforms. You will closely work with the design, product, and strategy teams to build high-performing funnels and improve ROI month over month. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms Manage and monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and daily campaign performance Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly reports on key metrics Analyze campaign data to improve CAC, CPA, ROAS, and overall funnel efficiency Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop effective ad creatives Drive app installs, conversions, and repeat users using performance-led strategies Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase retention Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices Requirements 12 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid ads Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, funnels, attribution, and audience segmentation Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Analytical mindset with strong command over Excel/Sheets and dashboards Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or app-based growth Bonus: Certifications in Meta Ads or Google Ads
