Position: City Captain - OperationsLocation: BangaloreReporting to: Associate manager/ Regional managerAbout the Role:An operations City Captain is responsible for performing administrative and execution tasks to support the organization's daily operations. An operations City Captain must have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different business functions under the supervision of an operations manager.Responsibilities:Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & Inhouse.Manage the Backend process such as Appointment Confirmations, Reports, Escalations & Executions.Responsible for End to end backend support to operations enquiries, Confirmation follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, logistics, weekly reports.
