As a Tele Caller in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to pitch our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers to purchase our offerings.Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls to reach out to prospects and introduce our products or services. You will need to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording customer information and interactions in our database.To succeed in this role, you should have strong verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to people over the phone. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are also important attributes for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this entry-level position, and prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. As a Tele Caller, you should be able to work independently and meet set targets for call volume and sales conversions.
