EduTechEx offers both online and offline training programs for K12 students studying in CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, and IB curriculum.We are looking to hire an Academic Counselor whose role is to call parents, students and Schools on a daily basis, understand their concerns/needs, pitch about EduTechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.Role and Responsibilities:Communicate via calls, emails to parents and students about EduTechEx services and productsArranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, studentsMaintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Researching about schools and curriculums.Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between parents, teachers and management.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in all streams preferably someone with excellent communication Skills.Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience as an Educational Counselor.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Team Player and excellent organizational skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.Candidates from academic environments or interested in it are encouraged to apply.Excellent incentive opportunity
