Job Description:This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the EDURIFIC unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the EDURIFIC personalised learning journey.This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales.PrerequisitesGood with English and local language/Basic technical know-how and computer operating skills/Should have working PC/Laptop and Wi-Fi/Lan connectionRoles and ResponsibilitiesSourcing new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, should have a strong phone presence and experience connecting with maximum numbers of customers per dayShould understand/create customer needs through consultative talkingMust be good in giving real life examples and building rapport with the student as well as parentsConduct demo sessions virtually to customers (parent/children combined)Counselling prospects and converting them to sales by understanding needs and concerns.
