This role offers a fixed monthly payment plus performance-based incentives for achieving admission targets.The counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide program information, and ensure smooth enrollment.2. ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students for domestic and international programs offered by EduChampion Services.Generate and follow up on student leads from personal networks and company-provided sources.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admissions.Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely completion of enrollments.Maximize admission conversions to increase personal incentives.
