As an Education Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance to prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their educational pathways. You will play a key role in supporting the admissions process and ensuring that students have a positive experience with the institution.Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential students through cold calling to provide information about available courses, programs, and admissions processes.Counseling & Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs, offer advice on suitable courses, and explain eligibility criteria.Admissions Support: Assist students in the admissions process, including documentation, form submissions, and answering any queries they may have.Follow-ups: Maintain follow-up with leads, potential students, and their families to ensure they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various marketing and outreach channels.Office Work: Perform administrative duties related to student admissions, maintaining records, and handling communication with students.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to ensure smooth and effective operations.Training:3-day Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the processes, systems, and best practices.
