Job Description:-We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic designer with expertise in Video editing to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing blend of eye-catching graphics and engaging video content. You will be responsible for designing graphics for digital and print media as well as editing and producing short and long form videos for marketing, social media, and internal use.Key Responsibilities:1. Design CreationDevelop compelling visual assets including but not limited to brochures, social media creatives, posters, banners, infographics, logos, email templates, packaging, flyers, and presentations.Understand creative briefs and turn concepts into design assets that communicate key messages clearly.Design responsive graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital ads.2. Brand ConsistencyMaintain consistency in design elements across all marketing and promotional materials.Ensure designs align with the companys brand identity, tone, and voice.Create and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external use.3. Social Media & Digital ContentDesign creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.Work on video thumbnails, storyboards, reels, and animations (basic motion graphics).Collaborate with content writers and digital marketers to create visually appealing campaigns.4. Print DesignCreate print-ready designs for business cards, letterheads, banners, posters, and promotional merchandise.Work with printers to ensure designs meet production specifications (CMYK, bleed, resolution, etc.).Review proofs and approve final materials before printing.5. Collaboration and CommunicationWork with the marketing, sales, product, and content teams to understand project goals.Present design ideas and concepts for approval and feedback.Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders or clients.Collaborate with UX/UI teams (if applicable) for app or website design projects.6.
