We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Editor to join our team full-time. This role is not limited to magazine editing but also encompasses various aspects of mass communication, including crafting engaging content, overseeing editorial processes, and supporting communication strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to manage diverse content projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute content strategies for both the magazine and broader communication initiatives.Write, edit, and proofread articles, press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to ensure high quality and consistency.Collaborate with writers, designers, photographers, and other contributors to produce impactful and visually appealing content.Plan and manage the editorial calendar for the magazine and other content-related projects.Assist in developing and executing mass communication campaigns to enhance audience engagement.Create compelling social media copy, website content, and promotional materials to support the organizations goals.Monitor industry trends to produce relevant and timely content that resonates with the target audience.Ensure all content aligns with the organizations brand voice and guidelines.Requirements:Proven experience in content editing, writing, or a similar role, preferably in publishing, media, or communication.Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Basic understanding of mass communication principles and digital media strategies.Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Proficiency in tools like MS Office and familiarity with content management systems is a plus.Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field is preferred.
