The course is focused on the Green Jobs sector, aiming to develop skilled professionals for the solar energy industry.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development & Training DeliveryDevelop and structure the training program based on industry standards.Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on Solar PV module manufacturing, components, and installation.Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to ensure student understanding.Provide real-world insights into solar PV manufacturing processes and best practices.Student Guidance & Skill DevelopmentMentor and support students in their learning journey.Conduct assessments to track progress and provide feedback.Ensure students develop job-ready competencies.Health & Safety ComplianceTrain students on maintaining personal health & safety in manufacturing facilities.Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all practical training sessions.Collaboration & Industry EngagementCoordinate with solar energy industry professionals for guest lectures, site visits, and exposure programs.Work effectively with other trainers and staff to enhance the learning experience.Key Competencies Developed in Participants:After completing the course, students will be able to: Carry out the manufacturing of Solar PV Modules. Understand the solar PV sector in India and its future opportunities. Identify and work with solar panel components. Follow health & safety regulations in a solar manufacturing facility. Gain practical knowledge of solar panel installation.

Community Engagement & Content Development:Engage with communities to understand their backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges.Develop simplified content that is relatable and easily understood by the target audience.Create articles, blogs, and personal social stories showcasing real-life impact.Capture testimonials and life stories of students, trainers, and community members to highlight program success.2. Video Content & Storytelling:Plan, shoot, and edit short videos, interviews, and case studies.Develop engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate the impact of Vastukuls programs.Ensure content is emotionally compelling and culturally relevant to the community.3. Graphic Design & Visual Communication:Design booklets, brochures, reports, and other communication materials for training programs.Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in design and messaging.Use infographics and visuals to simplify complex concepts for community understanding.4. Social Media & Outreach:Develop digital content for social media platforms to amplify Vastukuls impact stories.Ensure content is optimized for engagement across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
