Cleaning and Sanitization:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the ice cream shop.Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, countertops, and other surfaces.Empty trash and recycling bins as needed.Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.Customer Service:Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors and toppings.Provide recommendations and answer inquiries about different products.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.General Assistance:Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.Help maintain a welcoming and organized shop environment.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
