We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities:1.Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.2.Design, build, and maintain our company's social media presence.3.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights.4.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.5.Develop innovative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.6.Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.Requirements:1.Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.2.Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.3.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.4,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
