Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic/UI/UX designers. Allocate tasks and manage project timelines across the team. Review and ensure design deliverables meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual content. Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand. Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance assessments. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging animations, explainer videos, social media content, and other motion graphics that align with our brand and captivate our audience.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms including web, social media, and video content.Design and animate assets for product explainers, promotional videos, presentations, and UI animations.Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video production teams to bring creative concepts to life.Translate complex ideas into visually appealing motion assets.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and animation techniques.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Requirements:Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design/animation tools.Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.A solid portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of sound design or basic audio editing.Familiarity with video editing, storyboarding, and scripting.What We Offer:A collaborative and creative work environment.Opportunities for growth and learning.Flexible work hours and [mention any perks: remote work, wellness benefits, etc.].

1-Footage Review and Assembly: - Review raw footage and select clips based on the script or storyboard. - Assemble and edit footage in a coherent sequence to create the final video product. 2-Editing and Enhancements: - Apply various editing techniques, including trimming, cutting, and sequencing footage. - Enhance video with special effects, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design. - Correct errors, improve the quality of visuals, and synchronize audio with video. 3-Collaboration: - Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to understand project requirements and deliver the final product. - Incorporate feedback from the team to make necessary revisions. 4-Content Creation: - Develop creative video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques to ensure the content is fresh and innovative. 5-File Management and Delivery: - Organize and manage all project files, including raw footage, edited versions, and final deliverables. - Ensure timely delivery of projects to meet deadline
