LOCATION -Delhi NCR RESPONSIBILITIES Should be confident to handle inbound outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources. Understand the client s requirements and explain our service details accordingly. Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities. Follow up with the customers to further the closure process. Cold calling to generate verified leads. Should be adept at client Relationship Management. Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling and convincing customers. Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation-building, Email Campaign management. Understand client financial problems and recommend solutions Prepare customised loan settlement plan for clients and explain the same to them Get clients to sign up for loan settlement and legal services and meet revenue goalsMUST HAVE SKILLS- 1-2 years' sales experience (freshers can apply if they have done sales internships) Experience in tele sales/ inside sales preferred Good communication skills (Hindi plus functional English required) Willing to learn, take initiative, and meet revenue goals Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. Professional yet affable disposition. Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Emboldened by challenges. A CAN-DO Attitude when it comes to Sales! :)
