Understanding of Risk and Governance, Cyber Security Incident Management, Audit andCompliance, Policy, Cloud technologies and Application Security. Understanding of risk management principles, and the application of risk assessment processesto information Security. Demonstrated experience with applying information security principles, standards andframeworks, (ACSC) Essential 8 & Information Security Manual(ISM) and other applicable frameworks such as NIST 27001

Role Requirements:As a Power Business Intelligence Analyst at Eastvantage, you should:Have professional experience with Power BI software.Should have a minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.Have proven qualifications in data modeling, analyzing requirements, planning, designing and implementing innovative database solutions that meet or exceed challenging business needs especially in financial data.Are able to capture, describe & validate the reporting requirements with your business stakeholders (e.g. by generating mock-ups)Have experience in budgeting and invoicing reporting.Design, develop and implement Power BI Dashboards, Scorecards & KPI Reports.Are able to deduct what data needs you have in case data is structurally missing in the BI environment.Keep up with new trends & capabilities of the BI & analytics platforms in financial data.Quickly understand a data management system from end to end.Maintain & improve standard, guidelines & templates with regards to reporting & visualization.Provide training towards reporting consumers and business analysts to increase their BI self-service capabilities.Should possess good communication skills.Must be available to work from office in Bangalore from Day 1.A Plus:Knowledge of cloud (AWS, GCP) is a plusCICD / DevOps / Agile concept understanding

You will need to be super-confident on the phone as you will be speaking to prospective students (and sometimes their parents!) from around the globe. You will often be the first point of contact for people making a very big decision in where they want to study, so it is imperative you approach each communication with enthusiasm and passion, as this is what will stay with the student when deciding between their options. Responsibilities:Configure and manage network infrastructure (Firewall, Core Switch, Access Switch, ISP, Access points, etc.)Manage physical and virtual servers (Windows, CentOS, Hyper-V)Setup and deploy computer equipment (Desktop & Laptop)Support variety of OS platforms (Windows 10, Ubuntu, Mac OS, etc.)Setup and troubleshoot system issuesAttend to all tickets in a timely manner using companys ITSM/ticketing platform.Should be familiar working with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Fresh service, etc.Provide remote support from employees in different countriesCollaborate with the ICT team from the Philippines and report to the ICT manager.Manage company asset inventoryResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsTesting and implementing new technologyManaging technical projects (Implementation, migration, setup, etc.)Providing technical support across the companyRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary.Position requirements: Bachelors degree related to computer/technology.6 - 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure supportWilling to work on shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Night)Willing to work on weekends and holidaysWilling to render overtime whenever neededStrong Verbal & Written communication skillsMust have integrity at workCan start ASAP.Should possess good communication skills.Is available to join us in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
