Responsibilities:1. Supervise and monitor security staff to ensure they are following procedures and protocols.2. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.3. Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order.4. Respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed, coordinating with emergency response teams.5. Train security personnel on proper security procedures and emergency response protocols.6. Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review
