Job Summary:The Accountant Executive is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Accountant Executive will collaborate with other departments to provide accurate financial information and support strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:Financial Record Management:Maintain and update financial records accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure all transactions are properly documented and classified.Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Generate periodic financial reports for management review and analysis.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Tax Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.Auditing and Compliance:Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making.Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA certification preferred.Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
