We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness, driving website traffic, and boosting customer engagementDevelop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through performance analysis and adjustments.Manage content creation, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging assets.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Manage daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, invoicing, and receipts. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally ERP software. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. Handle GST Returns (R1-R2-R3, Annual Returns), Income Tax Returns, TDS, and other statutory filings. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies. Support audits and coordinate with auditors for annual financial reviews. Monitor cash flow and ensure smooth financial transactions.Key SkillProficiency in Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software. Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. Expertise in MS Excel and other spreadsheet applications. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. -Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV and security surveillance system installation. Proficiency in handling IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and networking devices. -Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, IP configuration, and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of ONVIF protocols and VMS integration is a plus. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites simultaneously. Strong communication skills for client and team interactionsKey Responsibility-Manage the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, access control, and other security equipment. -Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal placement of cameras and related equipment. -Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on-site to ensure seamless operation. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and technical teams for smooth project execution. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during installations. Document project progress, system configurations, and issue resolutions. Train clients on system operation and maintenance.

Candidate must be a graduate/ Engineer/ MBA, having 3-4 year experience in CCTV projects, security, Access control & automation field, Must have proven track record, self motivated, result oriented
