Key Responsibilities:1. Handling customer queries and providing information about travel packages and services.- As a travel executive, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and explaining the various travel packages available to meet their needs.2. Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for customers.- You will be required to make reservations for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and arranging for transportation as needed.3. Assisting clients with visa applications and travel documents.- Helping customers with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for their travels, including visa applications and other travel documents.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Good communication skills.- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide clear information about travel options and services.2. Organizational skills.- Must be able to multitask, prioritize bookings, and manage travel arrangements efficiently.3. Attention to detail.- Accuracy is crucial when booking flights, hotels, and other travel services to ensure a seamless experience for customers.4. Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.- Understanding of popular travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends to better assist customers in making informed decisions.
