Minimum Qualification : BE Mechanical/Agriculture/Production. Software Knowledge : Knowledge of working with ENOVIA/ PDM tool. Expert in 3DX(V6) and Tubing tool (preferred). Minimum experience : 3 to 6 years for Hydraulic design projects for agricultural/construction & handling equipment. Knowledge in working of off-highway equipment (Esp. combine harvesters, foragers, tractors, etc) Very Good understanding of hydraulic system with Good knowledge for Tubing design like:o New pipe/hoses route creation from 2D diagrams and environmental data (or reverse engg. from physical sample)o Pipe 3D part generation from route according to guidelines, from line ID data (including pipes fittings addition)o Pipe 2D drawings generation (linked with 3D)o Migration to TUB of 3D pipes built through part design and optimization Handle complex 3-D modelling, involving large Hyd. routing assemblies. Design of hydraulic system and be able to utilize hydraulic engineering principles to design components. Expert knowledge of hydraulic symbols and circuit diagrams Read hydraulic schematics and identify the work, return and pilot lines. Assembly drawing: Hydraulic assembly drawings Knowledge of global methodologies and application for hydraulics.
