Seeking a talented and motivated bio-curator professional to collect and integrate data from scientific sources like research articles, clinical trials and guidelinesThe following points are important;Should have a background in the life sciences ideally with some exposure and experience of disease biologyUnderstanding of molecular and cell biology is essentialDetail-oriented with strong comprehension and reading skillsAbility to quickly and accurately interpret scientific knowledge from the literature and from within databasesFamiliarity with literature, gene, protein, disease and ontology databases are desirable but not essential.Should have strong ability in identifying relevant biological keywords and string/strategy formationResponsibilities Extract relevant information about gene, protein, oncology, ontology and pharmacology. Literature searches using various databases (PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane library, Agricola, Uniprot etc) Validate the gene sequences from scientific literature Review of scientific articles Interpretation of data from literature, study report and conclusion Reporting to Team LeaderRequired Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech / M Sc / M.Pharm.
