We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional who can led this journey with a focus on the following at this juncture: Have a passion to work in the social & non-profit segment in the pre-primary & primary education vertical. Possess Deep Understanding of ways & means of nurturing under privileged children from 3 Years 12 Years and aid in their education development. Well Versed with Child Education Policies and Govt Rules/Regulations associated with working with Children. Well versed with UN SDG Goals and having good understanding of overall education scenario in Indian context specially for under-privileged children across villages and remote areas of Eastern India.What skills and capabilities we are looking for: Ability to lead & implement Dyut Foundations concept Note on Gurukul across all areas of Operation of the Foundation. Bring consistency in the Ways of Working across all branches of Gurukuls in the Pre-Primary & Primary Segment Conduct the necessary survey and due diligence to aid in the expansion of Gurukuls across districts and states. Administer the ongoing Gurukul branches with discipline and academic excellence to build and strengthen a Brand. Travel to Remote Areas as and when needed to understand the ground realities and address the same with prudence.Bring the right level of energy, passion, and commitment towards creating a deeper impact in this education enabled cause Fluency in English & Bengali is compulsory, and Hindi is strongly preferred. Computer Literacy and Proficiency in MS Office is compulsory. JBT (Junior Basic Trainning) is a must have qualification. MSW (Master in Social Work) can be a good to have qualification. Teaching Experience in Pre Primary and Primary Segments (with at least PTT qualification; B.Ed is preferred) especially in underprivileged community is especially desired.
