Key responsibilities:1. Supervise and monitor students during exams: This involves ensuring students adhere to exam rules and regulations, maintaining a quiet and orderly exam environment, and distributing and collecting exam papers.2. Assist with setting up exam rooms: This includes arranging desks and seating students accordingly, checking exam materials, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.3. Address any issues or concerns during exams: Respond to student inquiries, clarify instructions if needed, and report any irregularities or misconduct to appropriate personnel.4. Maintain exam security: Ensure exam papers are securely stored before and after exams, prevent cheating or unauthorized materials in the exam room, and follow security protocols.5. Complete necessary paperwork: Fill out attendance sheets, record any incidents or observations during exams, and submit all required documentation to exam administrators.Required skills and expectations:1.
