Job OverviewAs an experienced and dedicated CNC turning Programmer & VMC Programmer, you will be responsible for the quality on-time-delivery of the project Right-First-TimeCNC & VMC Programmer & Setter Job Roles and Responsibilities Able to examine the component design and specifications, responsible for setup of the part and programming. Thorough understanding of Drawings with GD&T application knowledge Must have good experience in prove out of Parts in CNC Turning & VMC Milling. Should be able to manage the output of all the machines and operators. Very sound application knowledge on FAI, PFMEA and risk mitigation. Must be very good in Cycle time reduction and Continuous improvement activities. Knowledge on programming and OEE (Oral Equipment Efficiency) Be aligned with companies vision and mission Fanuc controller experience Preparation & Planning with VMC programming for next 48 hrs. Monitoring of machines maintenance activity (daily/ weekly / monthly) as machine utilization report for VMC machine & CNC Keeping records of consumables (usages and stock maintaining) for 3 VMC machines as per checklist Follow up with Machine builders for machine PM as per AMC for VMC & CNC machines Follow up with Work NC for Software PM as per AMC for VMC & CNC machinesRequired Skills & Qualification Diploma/NTTF/GTTC/ BE Mechanical/ITI/ Aerospace/Manufacturing Minimum of 2 years Machine operating experience. Minimum 2 years CNC / VMC programming in Master cam and Solid cam or NX softwares Min 2years experience in Aerospace/ Automobile or Oil & Gas experience in programming and prove out.
