Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and help retain existing customers. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or related role. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively interacting with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure are also important qualities for success in this role.
