We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor with 1 to 5 years of experience to oversee construction projects in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations on site run smoothly and according to plans.Key Responsibilities:1. **Site Management**: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and schedule.2. **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, workers, and contractors to ensure everyone understands their tasks and deadlines.3. **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring that all construction meets safety standards and project requirements.4. **Problem Solving**: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently while minimizing delays.5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work progress, and any incidents that occur on-site.To be effective in this role, candidates should have a diploma in civil engineering and strong communication skills. Additionally, applicants should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively. A good understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards is essential. Candidates should be physically fit to work at construction sites and willing to work full-time in an office environment based in Noida. Males are preferred for this position.
