Obtain customers' names, codes, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased and delivered.Responsible for organizing, collation and replying to company email.Daily Email the stock status report (Inbound and Outbound) to logistics coordinator.Create Good Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP after when items unloaded and scanned by the supervisor.Regularly checking stock storage location in SAP and move stocks in quality to respective location (Normal, Defective etc.)Prepare and print the picking list in SAP and transfer it to the warehouse coordinator for picking the items that are to be loaded in the vehicle.After completing the scanning process by supervisor, transfer the serial number from TO (Transfer Order) to delivery note and complete the process of Post Good Issue (PGI) in SAP.Generate the Invoices, LR and E-way bill (3 copies: - Original copy, duplicate copy and triplicate) for the product to be delivered.Print the invoices and hand it over to the office clerk.Update the IOD after when the goods are delivered to the respective dealer. Collect POD and maintain records.File the Warehouse copy of invoices, LR and Eway bills.Preparation of ARA and SRNPrinting the Collection notePrepare the DMIR process in SAPProcess the PDI pending, PDI transfer based on the PDI report.Maintaining and Filing the ARA documents, SRN documents, PDI documents and other allied works

Confer with warehouse workers to decipher when delivery truck/vehicle arrive and make plan to receive them.Responsible for counting and supervising of inventory loaded into /unloaded from truck.Performing daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Responsible for scanning the items at the time of loading and unloading of materials.Supervising all warehouse workers and daily activities done by each worker.Maintain FIFO on all stock.Ensuring the loaded items correspond to the pick list generated.Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to safety and storage layout specifications.Managing the stock in the warehouse in an orderly manner along with systematic labeling and identifiersResponsible for maintaining the bin card updating system in proper manner.Responsible for maintaining inventory by conducting daily PIC (Physical Inventory Counting) and weekly full stock count.Responsible to assign duties to workers based on their experience.Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out; operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.Assist the warehouse workers to lift and carry items to awaiting delivery trucks, ensuring that the workers have properly and safely loaded the items onto the vehicles and secure the same.Confirm proper and timely delivery of products.Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce for attaining the warehouse objectives.Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse space and equipments.

Oversee the warehouse activities such as receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations, order booking, billing, accounting, replacement, documentation and logistics. Ensure annual/periodical safety audit and compliance requirement as per company policies.Provide instructions/assist to warehouse personnel in terms of work processes and programs.To coordinate opening and closing the warehouse on time and conduct tool box meeting with all employees daily.Allocate duties for employees and ensure that the discussion points are noted and acknowledge the same and appreciate/welcome suggestions on a proactive basis from team members.Verify and ensure that all employees adhere to the personal grooming and hygiene standards.Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse comprehensive operations.Develop, delegate, implement and follow through product movement and storage strategies within the warehouse.Educate the team on company policies, mission, vision, goals, objectives and standard operating procedures to make sure that each workers/staff is informed and working properly.Responsible for setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization of warehouse.Analyze workflow and handle space requirement.Act as SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) escalation for warehouse related issues among the team and the management.Ownership and empower warehouse personnel with information on best safety practices and sharing best practices in work place.Responsible to collate the daily reports from the warehouse staffs, analyze and formulate reports for internal and management meetings.Responsible for stock accuracy of the warehouse stock- Daily PIC, Monthly and Annual full stock counting.Responsible for stock reconciliation if there are any shortfalls or deficiency in the same.Responsible for building effective plans to provide training to employees for working efficiently and smartly.
