Roles and Responsibilities Include:- Functioning as a subject matter expert for:o Quality Engineering Quality by Design (i.e. proactive risk mitigation through HFEanalysis).o Design Assurance Working with NPD Engineers to control product developmentthrough a phase-gate approach.o Supplier Qualification Working with NPD team to research and qualify new suppliers.o Risk Management Leading NPD team(s) in creation of dFMEA, pFMEA, and RMRcompliant with ISO-14971.- Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.- CAPA ownership and/or support.- Interacting effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.- Managing projects and/or providing project support from the Quality function.- Facilitating the identification of project risks, developing mitigation actions, and managingmitigation plan(s).- Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.- Effectively employing problem solving tools/methodology- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job descriptionKnowledge of GST, TDS, and Income TaxKnowledge of accounting and book keeping proceduresManage all accounting transactionsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryPublish financial statements in timeComply with financial policies and regulations.Knowledge of advance ExcelKnowledge of Bank Reconciliation.Familiarity with accounting software packagesExcellent analytical and time management skillsStrong numeracy skillsKeen attention to detailsExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the generally accepted Accounting PrinciplesHands-on experience with softwares (Ability to learn new softwares)Experience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsComputer literacy (MS Excel in particular).
