We are hiring Female Telecaller for real estate work. A real estate telecaller's responsibilities include: Communicating with clients: Contacting potential and existing clients to provide information about the company's services and products. This includes answering questions about the company and product, providing property details, pricing, and location information, and setting up property visits. Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients, and building a rapport with potential clients. Generating sales: Making cold calls to active or old clients, and generating leads. Following up: Following up with customers to provide new products or services, and documenting customer feedback. Maintaining databases: Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Recording sales calls: Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Handling grievances: Preserving the company's reputation by handling grievances.
