Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary. Preparing superbills and specimen labels for next day's patients. Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number. Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies. Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, staffs and patients. Ability to prioritise and organise workflow effectively. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
