The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and institutional development.Key Responsibilities:Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per the university curriculum.Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research.Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed journals.Participate in curriculum development and departmental planning.Organize academic seminars, workshops, and co-curricular activities.Mentor junior faculty and assist in faculty development initiatives.Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance processes.Qualifications & Eligibility:As per UGC / State Government / University norms, typically including:Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Commerce / Computer Science / IT).Masters degree in relevant field with at least 55% marks.Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience at the university/college level.Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.NET/SET/SLET qualification (if applicable) as per UGC guidelines.Skills Required:Strong academic background and subject expertise.Effective communication and classroom management skills.Research aptitude and commitment to academic excellence.Familiarity with digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
