About the role: (Customer Success Specialist) Dosti Global Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of our clients, preferably in the oil and gas industry. The Customer Success Specialist is in charge of customer support and data validation within the Animo platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys helping others and learning.Roles & Responsibilities: Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within AnimoBuild proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issuesStrong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issuesWork closely with the operations team to guarantee proper implementation of tracking and reporting data.Inject and upload new data files into Animo.Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights based on data to support decision making efforts.Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely mannerSupport the business operation of 24-hour help deskConvey your work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Patience with customersDesire to learn and adapt to changesComfort in a complex data environmentWork independently and with team members to understandPossess knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.Possess outstanding communications skills, verbal and written.Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.Time management and punctuality.Good to Have:Prior industry experience in drilling, completions or well servicesOil and Gas technical training certifications related to drilling, completions or well servicesEligibility :Bachelors or Masters Degree Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a customer support Specialist or Similar CS roleBenefits: Well-structured processStandard company benefitsAnnual Pay raises and
