We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in interior design and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from our office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Concept Development:** Create innovative design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that they meet client needs and preferences.- **Space Planning:** Efficiently plan the layout of spaces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and safety regulations, to maximize usability and comfort.- **Material Selection:** Choose appropriate materials, colors, and furnishings that align with the overall design vision while also taking budget constraints into account.- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are executed accurately and on time.- **Client Communication:** Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design process, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.- **Site Visits and Inspections:** Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure that the designs are being implemented correctly.To succeed in this role, you should have strong creative skills along with technical knowledge of design tools and software. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and team members. A degree or diploma in Interior Design or related fields is preferred.
