1. Detailed study of commercial terms & technical scope of Product/Project enquiry document received from sales/support team. 2. Prepare & Send the Request for quotation (RFQ) to obtain the offers from concerned vendors. 3. Review the obtained offers from vendors & prepare technical bid evaluation. Arrange & carry out the Techno-commercial discussion with vendors.4. Prepare & send techno-commercial bid to sales/support team.5. Material procurement support Technical clearance, drawing approvals, Negotiation with vendors & material follow-up for timely deliveries.6. To check the material technically through IMIR (Incoming Material Inspection Report) and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department7. Support function for Project Execution, Project Co-Ordination, and Technical Problem Solving for Product/Projects.8. Reports collections from Estimation Engineers and share the same with management / sales head.9. Discussion with sales head for entire planning, prioritizing, execution of inquiries and purchase orders10. Discuss with engineering department for service related job.11. Coordinating with other estimation engineers on daily basis for entire planning and execution of enquiries received from sales.12. Ensure all Estimation Engineers updating all inquiry details in ERP software (Focus)13. Daily reporting to management.
