The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, should be from BPO background, be motivated/energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.2. Partner with engineering, curriculum, and business teams to design and build exceptional experiences that benefit our customers and drive business results3. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load4. Keep abreast of the latest design trends and competitive landscape to ensure that B2C and B2B product designs are considered the frontrunners in the field of design5. Establish best practices, frameworks, and design language systems to ensure design- excellence in the products we ship6. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the teams ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Work to constantly improve our product; continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
