Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided data or sourced leads.Identify and qualify potential clients for insurance products.Maintain a consistent and professional approach while pitching insurance plans.Customer Engagement:Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.Provide detailed information about different insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.Follow-Up:Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.Send reminders and updates about policy renewals, premiums, or other key details.Documentation and Data Management:Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.Ensure timely collection of required documents and complete the application process.Target Achievement:Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
