As a Commi1, you will play a vital role in assisting the chef in food preparation and maintaining high standards of quality in our kitchen. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the chef Ensure all food meets our established standards of quality and presentation Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Keep the kitchen area clean and organized at all times Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements 1+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of different cooking techniques and methods Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
