We are looking forward to hiring a Team Leader-Sales & Marketing for the following Roles & Responsibilities:Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture .Responsibility of achieving deadlines as per clients requirementsAssignment of tasks through documentationsWork as a Developer in critical situationsSet clear team goalsDelegate tasks and set deadlinesMonitor team performance and send daily performance reportsDiscover training needs and provide coachingRecognize high performance and reward accomplishmentsHelp resolving conflicts in work if anyIdentify and contact potential client.Conduct in-depth research on organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.Discovering and tapping into newer markets for sales.Coordinate with sales teams and prospective clients.Regular follow-ups with potential clients who have shown an interest in our services.Maintain sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging a strong bond with the customers.ELIGIBILITY:1- Proven work experience as a Team Leader or exceptional experience as a Sales Manager.2- Should have strong client-building and communication skills.3- Graduation in business administration/sales or relevant field will be given presence.4- Candidates should be self-driven and self-motivated.5- Updated market knowledge and strong negotiation skills.6- Candidate must have skills such as Team management and convincing skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to 35,000.00 per month
