Trial Balance Management: Lead the preparation and maintenance of trial balance sheets, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues to ensure the accuracy of financial data and facilitate timely decision-making.2. General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, to ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP principles.3. Month-end and Year-end Close: Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and audit support, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy of reporting.4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.5. Cost Accounting: Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and optimize product profitability.6. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.7. Tax Compliance: Collaborate with tax advisors and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and providing support for tax audits and inquiries.8. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance metrics tracking, providing insights and recommendations to management on areas for improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
