Financial Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Monitor cash flow and ensure effective fund management.Cost Accounting:Calculate and analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.Develop and maintain cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.Evaluate variances between standard and actual costs, providing detailed analysis to management.Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with other departments.Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgeted amounts.Taxation & Compliance:Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.Comply with regulatory requirements, including audits and tax-related documentation.Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.Inventory & Asset Management:Oversee inventory valuation and ensure proper tracking of stock levels.Manage fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.Enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.General Accounting Duties:Reconcile bank accounts and ledger accounts regularly.Process payroll and ensure compliance with employee benefit regulations.Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
