This role will be instrumental in building our brand identity and communicating our story through compelling motion graphics.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:- Design concepts and storyboards for motion graphics.- Create high-quality motion graphics (animated logos, explainer videos, social media content, etc).- Collaborate with the team to understand work needs.- Use motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create animations and add effects.- Tell stories through motion graphics.- Maintain consistent branding.- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Stay up-to-date with motion graphics trends.To succeed in this role,You must have:- Understanding of design principles- Passion for learning- Proficiency in motion graphics software- Knowledge of social media video best practices- Demonstrable ability to work independentlyIt would help if you have- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills- Adaptability; learn and implement quickly- Experience with non-profits
