We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell our medicines by building relationships with doctors and healthcare providers. Your key task is to take orders and distribute commissions to doctors. Dhanvantri Pharmacy will handle the shipment of medicines.Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell medicines to doctors and healthcare providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors. Take orders from doctors and ensure timely processing. Distribute commissions to doctors (50-60% commission on sales). Work independently and manage your own schedule. Report to the company regarding orders and commissions.Benefits: Flexible working hours work from anywhere in India. Attractive commission structure (50-60% commission on sales, including doctors). Fixed salary of 20,000 per month after the first three months, in addition to sales commissions. Freedom to work at your own pace.Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to establish rapport with doctors and healthcare providers. Self-driven and goal-oriented. Prior experience in medical sales or pharmacy is a plus but not mandatory.Compensation: First 3 months: Commission-based (50-60% on sales). After 3 months: Fixed salary of 20,000/month + commission on sales.
