Develop and update SAP training materials and documentation.Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on various SAP modules.Customize training programs based on the specific needs of different departments.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and incorporate new features into the training curriculum.Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive training coverage.Assist in the implementation of SAP systems and provide post-implementation support.Create and maintain a training schedule to ensure timely delivery of training sessions.Monitor and assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback.Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding of SAP concepts.Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities.Provide recommendations for improving training processes and materials.Ensure that all training materials are compliant with company policies and industry standards.Facilitate workshops and seminars on advanced SAP topics.Support the development of e-learning modules and online training resources.Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing SAP training.Coordinate with IT and HR departments to ensure seamless training delivery.Address any technical issues that arise during training sessions.Promote a positive and engaging learning environment.
