Role Accountability: Build and manage a strong sales funnel in Tamilnadu market, systematically capturing opportunities at each stage (lead to revenue) and driving conversions. Sell customized rooftop & Ground mount solar solutions for the Commercial & Industrial spaces in Tamilnadu Achieve sales target in allocated segments. Understand competition and present company's solutions effectively to customers. Provide comprehensive reporting and feedback to management on market trends, competitor information, etc for decision-making. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the relevant business partners/customers to ensure strategic advantage over the competition Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and administrators Handle direct accounts and channel partner sales Identify prospective and potential channel partners and sales networks. Review agreements for customers and seek legal advice where necessary. Act as key liaison with senior staff to interface with local authorities and associations, government, banks, strategic partners, and clients. Driving marketing campaigns using the optimal mix of digital and offline mediums Travel in the region (Chennai/Coimbatore) - more than 50% of the times - will be required
