Packing & Dispatch Work in an E-Commerce Company of Medicines Timely Salary. All Female Staff. Good Working Environment. Candidate Should Be Able To Read & Write English. Packing & Dispatch Executive-Female Staff OnlyOffice timing 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime will be provided for late working hours. Office location is near to the bus stand Janakpuri west metro station. Salary will increase after six months & one year completion.

We are looking for a candidate who is well experienced and skilled in the field of Ecommerce along with experience in managing and developing a team to work independently to meet various set targets and achieve multidimensional growth of the organization. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members while making sure that deadlines are being met and goals are being achieved.Responsibilities1.Managing & growing sales on Indian & international Ecommerce sites.2.Accountable for P & L and achieving volume and revenue targets.3.Manage a team and provide effective guidance.4.Team building - hire, retain and nurture operations team members.5.Listing & uploading of catalogs, Pricing & Inventory Management of products on E-commerce websites/ portals.6.Ensuring coordination between different departments to fulfill the orders.7.Regularly coordinating with the POCs of e-commerce portals.8.Create and monitor marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, deal prices, discounts, coupons and other such activities on marketplaces.9.Ensuring all contents and catalog (Descriptions/price/images/ latest updates) is as per requirements and if not are then correctly updated.10.Uploading digital media content to online storefront, ecommerce sites and other shopping Web sites for content enhancement and advertising purposes.11.Resolve customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.12.Month to month analysis of sales growth to suggest and implement changes for improvement.13.Collecting data from various platforms regarding the performance of the organization's products and implementing new strategies to ensure growth.
