Manpower (Denter and painter)development and training as per requirement
Monitor daily vehicle management, workshop productivity
Coordinate with vehicle management ,workshop productivity
Coordinate with the parts manager for arranging parson daily basis
Coordinate with CR manager for attending customer complaints
Monitor vehicle wise cash management and recover any short payments from insurance
Monitor and check safety parameters are implemented at the workshop floor
