JD for Marketing Manager / Executive: Products: Auto Bulbs and Auto Electronic Parts Job Duties: Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates skills by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services of the products. Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile. Provides sales management information by completing reports. Must be a person capable of achieving targets as well as deadlines. Appointing area wise distributors. Appointment of sales executives as per the requirement. Experience: 1. Must be having 8-10 years of experience in marketing of automotive spares. (Especially Auto Halogen Bulbs) 2. Having knowledge of OEMs and State Transport marketing will be an additional advantage. Qualification: 1. Any Graduate having good communication skills of English, Marathi and Hindi. Salary: For Manager Marketing: between 3 to 4 lacs For Executive Marketing: between 2 to 3 lacs The salary can be based on existing CTC. If the candidate is confident of giving higher sales the salary will not be a constraint.
