- Responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner: As a delivery boy, you will be expected to pick up packages from the office and safely deliver them to customers at their specified locations.- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently: You will need to adhere to the assigned delivery schedules and follow the designated routes to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.- Maintain a neat and organized delivery vehicle: It is crucial to keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure safe and efficient transportation of packages.- Collect payments from customers, if required: In some cases, you may be required to collect payments from customers for COD (cash on delivery) orders and ensure accurate recording of payments.- Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the supervisor: You should promptly report any delivery challenges or customer complaints to your supervisor for resolution and improvement.Required Skills:- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.- Physical stamina and strength to handle packages and work in various weather conditions.- Basic knowledge of local routes and areas for efficient navigation.- Responsible and reliable work ethic to represent the company professionally.
