We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Executive to join our team in Areraj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers while maintaining high service standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Package Delivery:** Safely transport items from the warehouse to customers' locations within the assigned area, ensuring timely deliveries.- **Route Planning:** Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction.- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate politely and effectively with customers upon delivery, providing them with information and collecting feedback if necessary.- **Order Management:** Keep track of assigned deliveries and report any issues or delays to the supervisor to maintain seamless operations.- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Ensure that the delivery vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to the management for prompt resolution.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Education:** Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade.- **Experience:** We welcome applicants with 0 to 6 years of experience in delivery or related services.- **Communication Skills:** Must possess good verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.- **Time Management:** Ability to manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.- **Team Player:** Should work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.- **Physical Fitness:** The role may require lifting and carrying packages, so good physical fitness is necessary.
