Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Sales: Responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities of the real estate branch.2. Real Estate Sales: Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and closing real estate deals.3. Real Estate Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.4. Sales Process: Ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.5. Good English: Communicating effectively in English with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.6. Good Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and management.7. Lead Generation: Actively seeking out and generating leads for potential real estate sales opportunities.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Must have 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and management.2. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like B.Arch, B.B.A, or B.Sc.3. Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, sales techniques, and market trends.4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.5. Proficiency in using sales tools and software to track and manage sales activities.6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
